Cheeseless Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
2 c. crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Molly McButter
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of the water over low heat.
Put into blender.
Add rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Pour into an 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and refrigerate until sets.
Makes 4 servings.
