Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Add cottage cheese, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg.
    Add flour, beating after first addition on low speed.
    Cover; let rise 1 hour.
    Stir down.
    Turn into well-greased casserole dish.
    Let rise for 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Brush with butter; sprinkle on salt.
    Serve.
