Spoonbread - cooking recipe

3/4 c. Johnson's self-rising cornmeal
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. boiling water
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Place cornmeal and melted butter in a bowl. Add boiling water slowly and beat until smooth. Add milk and eggs and mix well. Pour into hot baking pan and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 to 40 minutes.
