Crock-Pot Barbecue Turkey Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 uncooked turkey drumsticks or thighs
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper.
    Place in slow cooking pot.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey.
    Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes.
    If turkey legs are small, serve 1 thigh or drumstick per person.
    If large, slice off cooked meat and serve with sauce.
    Serves 4 to 6.
