Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ice cold water
2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation

By hand beat egg yolks, whole egg, water and salt.
Add enough flour so that dough has consistency to roll.
Use lots of sprinkled flour on table and on rolling pin and top of the dough you are rolling.
Separate dough into 3 parts and roll each part thin. After rolled out, flour top of dough again.
Cut into 3 wide sections and stack on top.
Do this with each part.
Then start at the small end and cut noodles thin.
Cook right away in boiling water and rinse in cold water.
