Beer Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Flour meat and brown. Season with pepper. Remove the meat and cook the onion until tender. Using a Dutch oven, put in meat, onion, mushrooms, the beer and Tabasco. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
