Microwave Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large cooked sweet potatoes or 1 large can
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except sweet potatoes or yams in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
    Stir once.
    Add sweet potatoes, coating all sides.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 5 minutes, rotating dish once and spooning syrup over potatoes.
