Rice With Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. rice
1 c. flour
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut in serving pieces
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Cook rice in salted water for 5 minutes.
Set aside.
Flour and season chicken.
Fry chicken in oil until brown.
Pour rice over chicken.
Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
Add water as needed.
