Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless rump or Pikes Peak roast
    pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 or 2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of onion soup
Preparation
    Sprinkle the roast with pepper; do not brown.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    Pour soup mixture over roast. Cook slowly for about 8 hours.
    Two hours before it is done, add potatoes and carrots, if desired.
