Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
6 medium potatoes
1 stick margarine
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 cup)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly.
Cook potatoes and mash.
Add margarine, sour cream and seasonings.
Stir in spinach.
Turn into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
