Casserole Mexicana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz. size) kidney beans
1 can (8 oz. size) tomato sauce
1 (3 1/2 oz. size can) black olives chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz. size) pkg. tortilla chips (crushed)
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat cooking oil in large skillet.
Add ground chuck and cook until browned.
Stir in taco seasoning mix, then the kidney beans, black olives and tomato sauce.
Cook until the mixture boils.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
Cover with cheese and crushed chips.
Bake until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
