Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. hamburg
1 (1 lb.) pkg. egg noodles
meatless spaghetti sauce
2 medium zucchini, diced
2 to 3 stalks celery, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper
1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
oregano
minced garlic (for taste)
Preparation

Cook and drain hamburg.
Set aside.
Simmer onion, celery, green pepper and zucchini in water until almost tender.
Cook and drain noodles.
