Carrots And Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. carrot stock
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced cooked carrots
1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
