Chicken Marbella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 chicken breasts, halves, skinned and boned
    1 head garlic, finely pureed
    1/4 c. oregano, dried
    pinch coarse salt to taste
    pinch pepper to taste
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. prunes, pitted, cut in halves
    1/2 c. capers, with a bit of juice
    1/2 c. green olives, pitted
    6 bay leaves
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white wine
    1/4 c. Italian parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a large 2 gallon ziploc bag or Tupperware-type container with lid combine chicken, garlic, oregano, pepper and salt, vinegar, olive oil, prunes, olives, capers and juice, and bay leaves.
    Seal and marinate refrigerated overnight.
