Memphis Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with juice
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until blended. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
