3/4 c. pecan halves or more!
2/3 c. brown sugar
6 to 8 c. apples, pared and sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
whipped cream (to garish)
