Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) orange jello (sugar-free)
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 pkg. Light Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation

Make jello with 2 cups of boiling water, 1 cup of cold water and the juice of the pineapple.
Let partially set.
Mix cheese and pineapple with fork.
Beat into jello and chill.
