Haddock Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. haddock
Preparation

Heat the oven to 400\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the fish.
Place the fish on individual squares of greased aluminum foil.
Spoon the crumb mixture over the fish. Seal the foil securely and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Makes six servings.
