Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crawfish tails
4 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 medium bell peppers, chopped
parsley
salt and pepper
1/4 c. cooking oil
crawfish fat
1 c. or more hot water
Preparation

Heat skillet; add oil.
Add onions, celery and peppers and cook until translucent.
Add garlic, crawfish, salt, pepper, crawfish fat and water and let cook to desired thickness.
