1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
Preparation

Prepare and bake the cake according to package directions, using a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool.
