Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup and milk; cook to softball stage. Take off heat and add pecans. Beat until it starts to thicken. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into pieces.
