Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello, any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
fruit (optional)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Dissolve jello completely in boiling water.
Add ice cubes and stir until jello is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Using wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip; then whip until smooth.
Fold in fruit, if desired.
Spoon into crust. Chill 2 hours.
(Strawberry jello and strawberries are great.)
