Potato Salad 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 10 oz. medium sized potatoes
    1/4 pt. stock or water
    1 onion
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins, peel and slice fine while hot.
    Pour over them the warm stock.
    Mix with finely chopped onion and salad dressing.
    Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
    Garnish with parsley or cucumber.
