Mexican Wastebasket Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
1 can green chiles
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans pinto beans
1 can lima beans
1 can black olives
1 pkg. beef onion soup mix
1 c. chopped celery
2 pkg. small Smok-Y-Links sausage
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
Serve over cooked rice with cornbread.
