Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. corned beef brisket
    3 carrots, cut into 3-inch pieces
    1 medium cabbage, cut into small wedges
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put carrots in slow cooker first.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 6 hours on high.
    Push cabbage wedges down into liquid after 4 to 6 hours (if cooking on low) or after 2 to 3 hours (if cooking on high). Serves 4 to 6.
