Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    1 stalk celery
    3 onions
    1 green pepper
    1 bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chuck roast.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Pour over roast.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
