Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    4 or 5 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a spring-form pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After cake is slightly cool, mix sour cream and sugar and pour over cheesecake.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate. Top with cherries or fruit of your choice.
