Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 apples, thinly sliced (may substitute 1 can apples for pie, not \"pie filling\", also sliced)
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
juice of 1 orange or 1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Mix the apples, cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together by hand the rest of the ingredients.
