Venison Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison steak
    2 eggs
    milk
    flour
    2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and Creole seasoning in one bowl. Break eggs into a bowl and add a small amount of milk.
    Beat.
    Cut the venison into serving sizes; flour them and then dip into the egg mixture.
    Then flour again.
    Fry in a pan with vegetable oil. After frying, place in a covered dish in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
