Ingredients

2 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. basmati rice
1/2 c. sugar
walnuts
cashew nuts
raisins
Preparation

Boil the whole milk; add the rice and let it cook on low fire until rice is soft.
Keep stirring in between.
When the rice is cooked, add cream, sugar, nuts and raisins.
