Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix together pimentos, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt.
Add cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Mix all together; form a ball and roll in nuts.
