Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar and water until soft-ball or 240\u00b0. Beat egg white until it forms a peak. Pour syrup in egg white and vanilla. Beat until it can be dropped by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
