Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate until firm.
    Roll into a ball and roll in 1/4 cup of minced parsley and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
