Carrot Cake Bundt Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 can cream cheese frosting
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift all dry ingredients together 4 times.
    Add eggs and oil and mix well (2 minutes).
    Add carrots and mix 2 minutes more.
    Fold in chopped walnuts.
    Pour into ungreased Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Turn out onto plate and frost.
    For storage, keep tightly covered.
    May freeze to preserve up to 30 days.
