Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. soft butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 can coconut
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, sugar and butter.
Mix well.
Spread into 8-inch pan; bake until lightly brown.
Combine eggs, pecans, brown sugar, coconut, lemon juice and lemon rind.
Spread over baked pastry.
Bake until golden brown.
Cool; cut into bars.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
