Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion or onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
