Spice Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly; then add the water.
Cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and nuts until mixture is coated.
Add sugar; pour on wax paper.
Then separate the nuts.
