Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. good sausage
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 pt. carton whipping cream
    3 eggs
    1 c. or more shredded Cheddar cheese
    9-inch deep dish pie shell (half cooked before using)
Preparation
    Crumble and cook sausage with onions
    until
    sausage is done. Drain well and put in half cooked
    pie
    shell.
    Combine eggs (beaten well) with whipping cream and
    pour
    over sausage mixture. Top with cheese and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 or 30 minutes or until set.\tCool slightly before cutting.
