Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 (6 oz.) box cornbread Stove Top
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter; add vegetable pack of stuffing mix and stuffing. Set aside.
    Combine soup and sour cream; add carrots, zucchini and onion.
    Mix in soup; add to dressing.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
