Deviled Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 hamburger buns
melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients.
Cut buns in half.
Spread bun halves with hamburger mixture.
Place on broiler rack.
Brush with melted butter.
Broil 5 to 7 inches from flame for 10 minutes.
