Chocolate Coconut Dream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. unsweetened Baker's chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 pkg. Equal (do not use the spoonable kind)
    1/3 c. shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    9 almonds
Preparation
    Heat butter and chocolate until the chocolate is just melted; do not cook too long (double boiler is best).
    Pour in small bowl; mix well.
    Add in heavy cream, vanilla and Equal; stir until mixture looks creamy and smooth.
    Add in coconut, once again; mix well.
    Place almonds on a plate with space between them.
    Put a spoonful of the chocolate mixture on top of each almond.
    Chill until able to pick up with your fingers.
    Store in the refrigerator.
