Meat Loaf Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. Italian crumbs
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 handful Parmesan
    1 onion, minced
    1 handful chopped parsley
    1 c. ketchup
    2 c. water
    5 carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1/2 bag frozen peas (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix hamburg, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, onion and parsley.
    Form into patties about 2 inches thick and 3 inches in diameter.
