Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast on a large sheet of foil.
    Top with mix and mushroom soup.
    Fold foil loosely around meat.
    Place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Potatoes and carrots may be added during last hour of baking.
