Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bell peppers
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    2 tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 green chilli, chopped (optional)
    1 tsp. cumin powder or curry powder
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Halve the bell peppers and remove seeds.
    Dip in boiling water for a minute and keep aside.
    Boil the potatoes; peel and mash coarsely with a fork.
    Chop tomatoes and slice the onions.
