Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diet margarine (at room temperature)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown Sugar Twin
    3 large egg whites (at room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream margarine, sugar and brown Sugar Twin at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Add egg whites and vanilla to cream mixture and beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Stir together flour, soda and salt to blend well.
    Add water to creamed mixture along with flour mixture and mix at medium speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
    Add chocolate chips to dough and mix lightly.
    Drop by tablespoonful onto cookie sheet that has been lined with foil or sprayed with no-stick spray.
    Press down lightly with fingers dipped into cold water to form a circle.
