Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small potato
powdered sugar
creamy peanut butter
chopped walnuts
Preparation

Boil potato.
Cool, peel and chop very fine.
Mix and knead potato with powdered sugar until very thick like dough.
Pat out dough very thin on wax paper sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Spread with creamy peanut butter and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Roll like jelly roll and slice.
Keep covered and at room temperature.
