Apple Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 peeled chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for topping.
