Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. apricot or orange/pineapple Jell-O
2/3 c. water (use drained pineapple juice)
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 jar strained apricots (baby food)
1 small can crushed, drained pineapple
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Put first 3 ingredients into saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from fire and dissolve cream cheese.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Set aside to cool.
Fold Cool Whip into the cooled mixture.
Pour into desired dish and sprinkle with English walnuts.
