Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar and zucchini.
    Add vanilla and blend well.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture, a small amount at a time.
    Stir in nuts and raisins. Do not beat.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in small loaf pans or 1 1/2 hours in large cake pan.
