French Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat together in saucepan the milk and butter.
    When slightly cooled, beat in the eggs, flour, baking powder and salt; beat until smooth.
    Melt a little butter in skillet; do not burn.
    Pour in batter; tilt skillet slightly to cover bottom evenly.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Loosen with spatula; flip and cook other side.
    Makes 6 good size French Pancakes.
